Investments to improve the production capacity of FORCE-81 Ltd.

FORCE-81 is a fast-growing enterprise operating in the sector of production of high value-added products - parts for cylinders and hydraulic cylinders. The rapid development of technology in the enterprise in recent years, with the support of the EU, OPC and OPIC on three projects, has supported the enterprise to develop its growth potential. We have established lasting positions on the domestic market with the production of hydraulic cylinder parts and started our own production of hydraulic cylinders. In 2018, we also launched a direct export of cylinders for customers in France, which was the company's top priority over the past few years. To meet the growing demand for our products, we need to increase and improve our production capacity by investing in advanced technology solutions to expand capacity and improve productivity. In connection with this need, the company plans to undertake an Improvement of Production Capacity of FORCE-81 Ltd. within this project, which will achieve the following objectives: Overall objective: To achieve sustainable growth of Force-81 by expanding the production capacity of high-tech products and thereby increasing the export capacity of the company. Specific objective: Improving the production capacity of Force 81 by introducing new production equipment - 8pcs. high-tech machines to increase and improve production capacity in several stages of the production cycle for manufacturing hydraulic cylinders and parts for them. As a result of the investment, FORCE-81 will: - Increase the production capacity for products from sector C28.12 Manufacture of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic engines. - Achieve higher productivity - Optimize the production program and reduce production costs - Increase competitiveness in foreign markets and increase export volumes
