Improving the production capacity of Blast Engineering Ltd.

Blast Engineering EOOD was founded in 2003 with two main activities: manufacture of industrial anticorrosive coatings and production of sandblasting equipment. Blast Engineering Ltd offers complete design and construction of industrial chambers for metal stamping of metal constructions as well as construction of painting chambers. Among the main products of the company are specialized machines - filters, painting chambers, blasting chambers, blasting containers, blasting booths, and blasting services. Blasting is a method of removing rust, rust and old coatings by using abrasives such as sand, grit, or high pressure pellets. In order to maintain its position and to achieve successful development, Blast Engineering Ltd. strives for continuous improvements in the production and modernization of the production structure. In recent years, the company has managed to invest in expanding its technology capabilities by purchasing new equipment, but the investments are insufficient to achieve a significant impact on production capacity. The main challenge for the company is increased search for high quality products, quality and fast execution of orders. There are no production-critical machines that the company plans to purchase and put into operation with the help of the project: - Hydraulic guillotine - Blasting turbine machine - Mobile installation for sandblast cleaning of steel parts - CNC hydraulic blasting machine With this project, the company hopes not only to increase its productivity but also to reduce the cost of production, making it competitive in the markets it is oriented to. As a result, Blast Engineering EOOD will achieve greater productivity, higher end product quality and faster order execution.
