Kem Plas Ltd. has a business activity code 22.23,tick in the city of Razgrad and is concerned with the production of joinery,both for household and office premises and workshops. This project proposal is aimed at several areas: - in the company to perform technological renewal and improvement of the production processes that will lead to its growth - increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the company, which will contribute to its strengthening and development mainly on the national and international markets - to create prerequisites for sustainable development of the company New equipment will be purchased within the project:1 machine for cutting glass,1 crane,1 vacuum lifter,1 automatic CNC cleaning machine and 1 corners crimping machine,through which it will help to increase production capacity,reduce waste,reduce energy production,increase resource efficiency,increase export potential,improve product quality,overcome technological constraints,create new end products with higher value added.Their implementation makes it possible to reduce the cost of the final production,improve product quality and short deadlines for productions,increasing resource efficiency of production processes,diversification of product range with such a wider sector and market feasibility. Tangible increases in exports are expected-more than 100%,as well as revenue growth of over 32.76% and productivity gains of more than 40.47%.It describes the project's compliance with the Innovation Strategy for Intelligent Specialization-Mechatronics and Clean Technologies.The successful realization of the project will have a positive effect on the whole production process.The implementation of the project will provide opportunities for Kem Plas to reduce the cost of final products,to improve the quality of the products and to reduce the timeframes for their production,to increase the resource efficiency of the production process and to establish sustainable employment for its employees.
