Improving the production capacity of EXACT ENGINEERING – 1 LTD.

EXACT ENGINEERING – 1 LTD is a company founded in 1999 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The company works in the field of metalworking, its activities includes the production of non-standard technological equipment, on its own project or according to the client's order. The company's products are intended for use in various types of production equipment - food and beverage industry, industrial transport systems, electrical engineering, metallurgy, etc. The manufacturing process includes mechanical machining of metal parts with programmable and universal metal cutting machines. The current project proposal is aimed at expanding the production activity by adding new technological capacities to the Exact Engineering-1 Ltd. technology park .In order to resist to competitive pressure and to strengthen its position, the company should optimize its production and increase the capacity and the efficiency of work at the all stages of manufacturing for the mechanically processed components, which is not possible with the available equipment, part of which is morally and physically outdated, with low productivity and insufficient accuracy and efficiency. The project involves the purchase of 3 pcs. key assets for production: 1. CNC vertical machine center; 2. Screw air compressor; 3. Forklift. As a result, EXACT ENGINEERING – 1 LTD will optimize the production process, will shorten the processing time of the parts, will reduce technological waste and will lower the cost of finished products, as well as increase the volume of production. With the implementation of the project, the company aims to expand its position on the Bulgarian market and increase its exports.
