Increasing the production capacity of DIVA ENGINEERING LTD through optimization of the production process

"DIVA ENGINEERING" Ltd. is a company specializing in the production of casing and rotary parts / hubs, flanges of different types, casing parts for pushing mechanisms, gearboxes /, valves of the same size with different sizes and machining of blanks of customers, Shumen. The company has a machinery park with basic equipment including old CNC machines, outdated universal equipment / lathe, milling machine and drilling machine /. The project proposal is related to the development of the competitive advantages of DIVA ENGINEERING Ltd. and the creation of conditions for increasing the export potential through increased production capacity, based on improved efficiency of the production processes including improvement of resource efficiency and quality improvement of manufactured products. The project proposal is related to the following activity: Activity 1: "Improvement of the production capacity of "DIVA ENGINEERING" Ltd." The activity is related to investment in highly productive and precise technological equipment CNC machining center, universal lathe and CNC lathe with inclined guides in order to expand the capacity of an existing business site, in the case of DIVA ENGINEERING Ltd. The machining of the parts / range valves of the same size with the low-performance universal lathes, the old CNC lathe and the old machine center after the project will be carried out with the new highly productive and precise machining center with CNC, universal lathe and CNC lathe with inclined guides. The execution of the activity is related to an investment in the purchase of CNC Machining Center, Universal Struggle and CNC lathe with inclined guides. For the realization of the investment there is a selection of a contractor for delivery and visualization of the project activities / with own funds /.
