Improvement of production capacity

The aim of the project is to improve the production capacity of the company and to strengthen its export potential in response to market needs. Through the project, the Company will respond to real market demand and will carry out activities to improve the production process by increasing production capacity (1), reducing production costs (2), improving quality and improving the characteristics of its products 3) througt introduction of new mechatronic technology to increase the efficiency and efectiveness of the production process (4). The project falls under the category "Extending the Capacity of an Existing Business Object" and its term is 12 months. The project will carry out its activities by purchasing and commissioning an automatic powder painting line and an automatic thin-walled tube cutting machine. The estimated value of the project is 332 000.00 BGN, with 70.00% of the requested grant. The project's results are an increase of up to 28% production capacity, a reduction in production costs and an improvement in the quality of the products produced. The detailed and realistic business plan proves the economic efficiency of the project. The project is in the field of "mechatronics", it is realized in Bulgaria, in the North-Central region, town Lyaskovo, and will contribute to sustainable development and equality and non-discrimination. The Company has not carried out other OPIC and OPDCBE projects, but has experience in implementing investment projects, financial stability and motivation to implement this project.
