„Improvement of production capacity in „CLIMA KG“ Ltd."

The present project will be realized by "KLIMA KG" Ltd., specialized in the production of industrial refrigeration and ventilation equipment. According to the National Classification of Economic Activities (NACE.BG - 2008), the activity is classified in code 28.25. The enterprise is situated in Sofia, where production takes place metal duct elements, ventilation grilles, ventilation boxes, kitchen chairs, assembly and fasteners for the construction of the company's industrial refrigeration and ventilation systems. The main challenge faced by the company at the moment is the insufficient capacity of the available metalworking equipment, despite its full load. Insufficient capacity for the production of metal parts and components for air conditioning makes it impossible to undertake more, more sophisticated and larger orders and slows the development of the company. With the implementation of this project, the available machines will be complemented by: 1. CNC Hydraulic Abc Press 1 piece; 2. Circular saw for metal - 1 pc .; 3. Trival sheet baler - 1 pc .; 4. Automatic loop fastening line for round air ducts - 1; 5. Plasma Cutting Machine -1 pcs .; 6. Machine for bending profiles and pipes - 1 pc .; The implementation of the machines in the production process will lead to: 1. Increasing the production capacity with more than 4 600 pcs. details annually; 2. Increasing the export potential of "CLIMA KG". It is planned that, at the end of the forecast period, 3 300 pieces of workmanship will be realized on the external markets; 3. Increasing Productivity; 4. Increase in net sales revenue; Within the framework of the project activities are provided for supplier selection, delivery, installation and commissioning of the machines. The total value of the investment is BGN 192 215.43, excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.
