Improving production capacity in Capricorn Chemicals Group Ltd.

"Capricorn Chemicals" Ltd. is a Bulgarian manufacturer of detergents, cleaning and washing materials. The company was set up in 1997 and, despite its 22 years of history, meets a number of challenges that limit its development: 1. Lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market demand volumes; 2. A highly competitive environment in which the positions of the existing foreign companies occupy a significant market share and are preferred by the Bulgarian clients; 3. Restricted financial resource, which negatively affects the development opportunities of the company, on the one hand, it does not allow investment in long-term material assets to increase the production volume, on the other it does not allow the optimization of the production processes, and third it does not allow the production of a product which looks more appealing to the consumers. Financial resources are also essential for the increase of the product supply produced by the company on international markets. To address these challenges, the company plans to invest in new a technology equipment, because you are increasing the production capacity and need the export potential.The implementation of the project proposal, through the purchase of technological equipment for the production and packaging of detergents 'doypack' - automatic line for producing and packing of water soluble capsules from 20 and 25 g in cuts of 15, 25, 35 and 50 pcs and for the production of fillers of liquid detergents of 500 and 1000 ml, will allow Capricorn Chemicals Group to increase its competitiveness, ensure a steady ascending presence on the Bulgarian and international market by increasing the volume of production, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs and improving the type and quality of the product offered.
