Improving production capacity of Sarbak Metal Bulgaria Ltd.

Sarbak Metal Bulgaria Ltd. was founded in 2008 as a trade company. In 2014, the company started its own production of brass details. Sarbak's products are used in various industries - machine building, sanitary fittings, and more. Production and warehouse facilities are located in Silistra on an area of ​​about 900 sq. m. The present proposal is aimed at expanding the production activity by adding new technological capabilities to the enterprise's machinery park. In order to expand, the company must optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of the work in separate stages of manufacturing machined components. This is not possible with available equipment with insufficient capacity. The project envisages the purchase of 1 pc. new automatic lathe. The machine is highly productive and offers greater precision in machining and additional production capacity. As a result, Sarbak will increase its volume of production, optimize manufacturing process will shorten the processing time of the product and reduce the price of finished products. With the realization of the project, the company also aims to expand its position on the foreign markets, offering quality products to the competitive prices.
