Improving production capacity in Plaseca Ltd.

The company "Plaseka" Ltd. was registered in 1994 and operates in the production of machine parts and spare parts. Machine parts are widely used in industry - both in the specialized machine-building industry and in almost all other industrial industries. The production process involves mechanical machining of metal with programmable metal cutting machines. Most of the products are on customer request. The present project proposal is aimed at improving the production activity by adding new equipment to the technology park of "Plaseka" EOOD. In order to withstand the competitive pressure and to strengthen its position, the company must optimize its production and improve the quality and efficiency of the work in the individual stages of production of the mechanically processed components. The present project envisages the purchase of a motorized measuring microscope (three-coordinate measuring machine) which will allow precise measurements at each stage of the production of metal parts, thus ensuring precise and timely control of the quality of the produced output. As a result, Plascaca EOOD will increase its productivity and optimize the production process, shorten the time for processing the details, reduce marriage and technological waste and lower the cost of finished products. With the realization of the project, Plascaca aims to strengthen its position on the foreign markets by offering quality products at competitive prices.
