Improving production capacity of GRAFOPACK JSC

Grafpak JSC has a fast pace in the market as a reliable producer of high quality paper and cardboard products, and nowadays, with its available production capacities, the company reaches its maximum capacity and operates in a full load mode for the needs of the constantly growing consumer demand we are planning to create a new business site in Vratsa. The new production unit will be spatially, functionally and organizationally separated, with high autonomy and will not rely on their joint. In order to create the new business premises and in order to optimize the production processes and the necessity to increase the volume of the production, due to the considerable consumer interest, 6 fixed assets will be purchased. The machines will be put into operation in the technological chain of the new business premises of the enterprise. The purchase of these production facilities is essential for the overall increase in the capacity of the enterprise, its successful presence in the national and foreign markets by increasing the volume of produced and realized production, optimizing the working processes, achieving higher productivity and improving the products offered. One main activity will be implemented for the achievement of the set goals: 1. "Activity for improvement of production capacity" The successful implementation will increase the production capacity of the company, increase its export potential and help expand the positions of the local market. At the same time, the company will increase its productivity, increase its revenue generated by exports, and improve production cost efficiency. All requirements for visualization, publicity, information and communication will be met during the implementation of the project.
