Improving the production capacity for precise plastic details

Within the present project, Sima-Mihov Ltd. planned investments for implementation of new equipment for increasing the production capacity and improving the exportable potential through effectivet and efficient exploatation of the production factors. For the needs of manufacturing precise plastic products and following the procedure for contractors selection according to the requirements of the Law for management of the means from European Structural and Investment Funds and Decree of the Council of Ministers № 160 / 01.07.2016, the company is going to purchase one injection molding machine with at least 700 kN clamping force, equipped with devices for intake and drying of the material and tempering devices for the tools, which will contribute to increasing the manufacturing capacity and technological capabilities for small precise details with a maximum weight of up to 54 g. As a result of the advanced equipment's implementation with improved functionality and specialized control software, the precision of processing of all types of thermoplastics will be improved, technological waste and production time for one detail will be reduced, increasing the quality of production, resource efficiency and efficiency of production process will be achieved. Essential for the company is the ability, through the new machine, to meet higher requirements of its foreign partners for manufacturing precise plastic products with specific sizes and weights, to utilize the available market potential and to realize more export-oriented products with higher added value . The successful realization of the project will have a comprehensive positive effect on the entire production process, opening of new market opportunities in the domestic and foreign markets, improvement of the competitiveness and enhancement of the export potential of Sima-Mihov Ltd.
