Improvement of the production capacity in "KIPRIDA" Ltd.

Kiprida Ltd. is a leading company in Bulgaria, specialized in the production of metal roofs and facades. For three decades, the company has developed innovative approaches in the production of metal roof and facade modules and improved its functionality. The project is aimed at realizing initial investments in tangible assets in order to expand the capacity of an existing business site in the town of Smolyan. By implementing the activity to improve the production capacity, it is planned to introduce a new, highly productive equipment including a Metal Cutting Machine/Slasher - 1 pcs. and a Up and Down Bending machine - 1 pcs. The combination of the two machines will lead to the possibility of producing more output without need for a substantial change in the basic production process. In numbers, the increase in production rate will reach 400 linear meters / hour for cutting and 105 linear meters / hour for folding operations, an increase of approximately 3 times compared to the current situation in the existing production base. Besides the increased productivity in quantitative dimensions of the two main (cutting, bending) and secondary working processes, the project will directly lead to an increase in the diversity and quality of the offered production, as well as the reduction of the generated waste production scrap. The envisaged period for implementation of the set of measures included in the activity to improve the production capacity is 12 months, including the selection of a supplier, organization of delivery and putting into operation, as well as implementation of measures for ensuring publicity , according to the Unified Manual. Achieving the goals of the project will result in an increase in the production capacity of Kiprida Ltd., which is a basic prerequisite for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise and enhancing its export potential.
