Increasing the production capacity of DETECH Ltd. by purchasing new equipment and increasing productivity

DETECH Ltd. is specialized in the production of signal generators (metaldecodes) and accessories (antennas) for them. The company's products are used in archeology, geology, construction, as well as in military and police practice. They detect all kinds of metals, and at the same time the ferromagnetic properties of the non-magnetic metal objects differ. The company has a machinery park with basic equipment including machinery: Vacuum-forming machine with rough vacuum and Vacuum-molding machine with pressure for making parts of sheet plastic material and sputter machine for production of details for 1 kind of metal detectors and antennas as well as the necessary electronic equipment for control and testing of produced products / portable and stationary oscilloscopes, LRC bridge, multimeters, etc. / The project proposal is related to the development of the competitive advantages of DETECH Ltd. and the creation of conditions for increasing the export potential through increased production capacity, based on improved efficiency of the production processes, including improvement of the resource efficiency and improvement of the quality of the produced products. The project proposal is related to the following activity: Activity 1: "Improving the production capacity of DETECH Ltd." The activity is related to investment in highly productive and precision technological equipment injection machine in order to expand the capacity of an existing business site, in the case of DETECH Ltd. The machining of the parts / cover, base, bolt, nut, metal detector box, metal detector cover / with low performance vacuum vacuum molding machine and vacuum vacuum molding machine, after the project execution will be done with a sputter machine with the adjacent to her equipment. For the realization of the investment there is a selection of a contractor for delivery and visualization of the project activities / with own funds /.
