Increase of the production capacity in "Frenski-Hristo Petkov"

ET "French-Hristo Petkov" is a company with more than 20 years experience in the production of rubber products for various sectors of industry - automotive, hydraulics, electrical engineering, air conditioning, sanitation, household appliances. Quality and environmental management standards have been introduced in the company and since July 2013 ISO / TS 16949: 2009 has been introduced for the production of rubber and plastic products for the automotive sector. The company is the only producer in the country certified for the production of rubber parts for the automotive industry, which gives the company a great competitive advantage, but it also requires a significant increase in capacity and improvement of the production quality. Over 90% of the output is realized as a direct and indirect export through the major manufacturers of electrical engineering, hydraulics and automotive. In 2015 the company has established contacts with the world-wide manufacturer of high-speed train brakes Knorr-Bremsee for the supply of rubber parts, which is why the company goes through a standard audit over automobile ones. All products are approved, but the available equipment can not provide sufficient capacity, efficient serial production with constant quality. That's why the company is introducing new equipment to ensure greater capacity, process continuity, high precision, and better resource efficiency. A part of this process of technological renewal is also the present project proposal, which envisages the purchase of 2 pieces of rubber machines for rubber products. The deployment of these two machines will increase the injection molding capacity of the rubber parts products intended for export, will ensure their high quality and efficient use of resources. This will result in a better profitability of the enterprise, increasing its export capacity and strengthening it on international markets as a trusted partner.
