The project plans to purchase and implement a CNC machine for mechanical cutting and engraving. Until now, the company has relied on outsourcing for this activity, which has hindered the execution of a large number of orders in the short term due to its dependence on another part of the business. By introducing a CNC machine for mechanical cutting and engraving, an increase in the company's working capacity and competitiveness will be achieved. After up to 12 months, the company's management will be able to deploy new and modern equipment and improve product quality, economic and resource efficiency. By purchasing new equipment and putting it into service, competitiveness and production capacity should be improved in terms of: Volume and quality of production and upgrading of the production cycle. Improvements in the company's production assets will improve the quality of future production, while at the same time improving its position vis-à-vis consumers nationwide and internationally.
