Improving production capacity in Mareks LTD

Marex Ltd is a company established in 2004. , specialized in the production of knit items - sweaters, vests, hats, scarves. The main goal of Marex Ltd is to create modern and quality clothing in line with modern fashion trends, which at the same time provides maximum comfort to customers of all age groups. The company focuses on the ability to integrate into the European market by establishing itself as a quality and reliable partner and subcontractor of leading global chains for the production and sale of clothing. Medium-term and long-term strategy of Marex EOOD includes expanding, optimizing operations, increasing volume and production quality by investing in upgraded modern equipment to help the company compete in today's fast-growing and globalized business environment. This project is part of a development strategy aimed at expanding production capacity and streamlining processes to enhance competence and maximize customer satisfaction. Planned investments include the purchase, delivery and installation of 5 high-tech knitting machines. All assets will be delivered and installed in the already established factory of the enterprise in Montana. The following positive results will be achieved through the successful implementation of the project:  Expansion of the productivity by 15.48% ( Annex E – business plan)  Reducing defective products by 15%  Time reduction of the production process by up to 30%  Improve the characteristics of existing products  Modification of the main products and creation of a new models
