Technological upgrade for the increase of capacity and competitiveness of Garant JSC

With the current project we proceed to execute the next stage of the long-time strategy of Garant JSC for the development of the company, which foresee increasing its competitiveness on the national and world markets on the base of increasing its production capacity, reducing the cost of materials and raw materials, optimizing the production processes and increase labor productivity. The present stage (2019-2020) foresees the expansion of the machine park of the stock company with high-tech production equipment. The actualization at this stage is ensured by the activity foreseen under this project, which will be achieved by the delivery and commissioning of: 1. Laser Cutting Machine with CNC- 1 piece. 2. Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine with CNC - 1 piece. 3. Tri-coordinate measuring machine with built-in measuring software - 1 piece. The expected results of realizing the project are improved competitiveness and export potential of Garant JSC by expanding its production capacity, increasing the efficiency of the production process and quality, reducing the cost of materials and raw materials. The concrete results are: - increasing the production capacity of the stock company; - increasing the volume of production; - increasing the volume of exports; - achieving higher productivity; - optimization of the production process; - reduction of production costs; - improving the quality of the manufactured items. The project will be implemented for twelve months.
