Improving the production capacity of Vitaherb Int EOOD

The main activity of the company is development and production of food additives and import and trade with them. For the production of food supplements, the company uses high quality standardized extracts from different plants. Production is done in a pharmaceutical factory in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements and in compliance with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) principles. Since 2006 we have been working closely with "Capsugel" France. The main challenge for VITA HERB INT Ltd. in view of the specifics of its activity and its intentions to expand its market positions and achieve its commercial goals is to improve the production process in terms of run time and greater quality control of raw materials use and guarantee the safety of the finished product. Bonding and packaging production control of finished products is a major component in the imposition of high quality and guaranteeing regular customers and sales. Specialized production equipment will reduce the operating costs of the company for production, reduce the cost of each product, and reduce the time and resources needed for logistics between external firms and its own warehouse. The technical parameters of the intended asset cover the increasingly high quality requirements of the end product, building a proprietary blistering and packaging line will help to achieve greater control over the manufacturing processes and the quality and safety of the finished product. Enhancement of outsourcing - pharmaceutical plants, blistering and packing capsules and tablets in finished products will contribute to greater flexibility and advantage in the highly competitive market of food additives and OTC products in Bulgaria and in foreign markets.
