Improvement of the production capacity in WITMIND ltd.

WITMIND ltd. has the main economic activity "Computer Programming" with code KID-2008 - 62.01, and is specialized in the development, modification and maintenance of software. The applicant needs to respond to increased consumer demand for a full capacity to provide services as well as to improve the quality and competitiveness of its services, to expand its position on national and international markets. The applicant exploits technologies with low capacity, lack of automation, lack of integrated functionalities and working with individual stations without integration between them in order to carry out the processes of providing services, which leads to high costs, unsatisfactory quality of services, optimization of the process and lack of sufficient capacity to provide services to meet market demand volumes. In order to meet these needs, the project is aimed at implementing an activity to improve the production capacity of an enterprise by investing in tangible fixed assets, namely 1 piece Software Design, Development and Implementation System under the "Regional Investment Assistance" Art. 13 and Art. 14 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 related to the extension of the capacity of the existing business site of the Applicant in Vratsa. The expected results of the project are related to improving the production capacity (service capacity) and the competitiveness of the enterprise, increasing its export potential, by achieving higher productivity and increasing the volume of services provided, optimizing the process, reducing production costs per unit of service, and improving the quality of the services offered.
