Improvement of the production capacity of Day and Night Ltd.

The present project provides purchase and commissioning by "Day and Night " Ltd. - Gorna Oryahovitsa of high-efficient confectionery equipment, namely BALL MILL for fine grinding of mixtures, tables for fillings and high quality chocolate glazes. From a technological point of view, the implementation of the new equipment will lead to increased production capacity and improvement of production processes through the introduced fully automated process of fine grinding of bedspreads and glazes, guided by Built-in in the ball mill automated machine control using industrial computer, PLC controller and intuitive operating system. From economic and financial perspective, the introduction into operation of new equipment will contribute to: reducing production expenditure thanks to reduced manufacturing costs and higher energy efficiency of new equipment; increase of the quality of the finished products, thanks to the created technological possibilities for achieving a product with higher particle fineness (up to 20 μm), necessary for the production of bedspreads of high quality chocolate; expansion of the company's customer base; creating the possibility of gradual increase of exports sales; increased sales revenues and an overall increase in its profitability. In environmental terms, the new equipment will contribute to a more efficient and economical use of materials and raw materials, an overall increase in resource and energy efficiency and efficiency, and will also contribute to the protection of the environment. The implementation of the project will improve the company's overall activities in technological, financial, economic and environmental terms, which will lead to a lasting trend of increasing sales revenue, profit and profitability of the company, and will ultimately ensure a sustainable increase of its competitiveness.
