Improving the production capacity of KADO Ltd.

"KADO" Ltd. was established in 2006 as a manufacturer of wooden toys and wooden products for the furniture industry. At present, the company mainly produces wooden legs for furniture. The company has a production hall of 1200 sq. M. and land of 7.9 dec. located in the industrial zone of the town of Kazanlak. The materials for the production process are processed wooden parts (oak, beech and walnut). Currently, the enterprise is experiencing difficulties in meeting the increasing volume of orders. The available machine park has insufficient capacity and this affects the growth potential. The types of furniture legs is very diverse and complex and therefore has high demands on the technological equipment: - Quick reset; - Possibly less equipment alongside the production technology. - Precision machining - Combination of two operations / turning and grinding /, in which manual operations will be eliminated. - Increase productivity and production volume. The project aims at improving the production capacity of the company and expanding its activities through the investments in modern production equipment. The new assets planned for purchase are: - CNC woodworking center - 2 pcs. identical; - CNC woodworking lathe - 1; - Gascoar - 1 pcs. All CNC machines are equipped with CNC. New machines are high performance, higher integration of product processing and with greater precision. Putting into operation of the new equipment will shorten the timing and quality of detail execution, will increase the productivity of the enterprise will significantly reduce the cost of finished products. The results of the project will also be reflected in an increase in the volume of production and sales of the company, incl. and export earnings.
