Improvement of manufacturing capabilities in "Nick 2000 " Ltd.

The present project aims at increasing the production capacity and creating export potential of Nick 2000 Ltd. by investing in the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of modern technological equipment for the automation of the production process - equipment for the production workshop of the company located in Sofia.The company is a producer of optical lenses, both for the Bulgarian and foreign markets.The company works mainly for export to EU countries.Through the realization of the project will be helps to achieve a number of priorities that are part of the company's medium and long-term strategy, namely: restructuring of the product range, automation of the production process, quality improvement and at the same time - optimization of the production costs and reduction of the cost of production expanding market positions, increasing the quality of employment in the enterprise, increasing the resource efficiency and efficiency of the production process. Through the implementation of the project, a number of problems will be addressed to the company, namely - the use of old technologies and equipment for the realization of production processes; high production costs and the need for optimization of production chains; lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market demand volumes; lower quality of manufactured products. Expected results are related to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise and its more successful presence in the domestic and foreign markets by increasing the production volume, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs and improving the products offered.
