"Yambolska Chastna obushtarska rabotilnica - 2008 " Ltd. is specialized in the production of orthopedic and artistic shoes, as well as custom-made shoes. The company was established in Yambol in 2008 with a basic code of economic activity 32.50 "Production of medical and dental devices and tools". The company is licensed by the Disability Agency and has the right to work with documents from the Social Assistance Directorates, namely "Production of Orthopedic Shoes". In order to improve its production capacity and export potential, the company will introduce high-tech equipment that will allow it to shut down its production cycle completely. The main project activity is focused on the delivery, installation and commissioning of: - Specialized 3D scanner for leg scanning - 1 pc. - Cutting plotter - 1 pc - Straight triple transport machine - 1 pc. - Single-spindle double-sided grapple machine for programmable stitching - 1 pc. - One-piece gathering machine - 2 pcs. - One straight straight machine - 2 pcs. - 3D design and shoe design software - 1 pc. - CAD System - 1 pc. Acquisition of the listed assets will lead to a complete closure of the production cycle: The 3D scanner and the CAD system (for orthopedic shoes) are required for the precise acceptance of orders. The subsequent software processing of the results and the modeling of the individual shoes will be done with the specialized software and the CAD system software. The cuts cut by the cutting plotter will be sewn, labeled and shaped by sewing machines to make the final product. Successful implementation of the project will enable the company to produce products of very high quality that will allow to meet all the specific needs of the customers; will improve and increase production capacity; will expand the product range; will shorten the order execution time and reveal opportunities for entering new export markets.
