Improving production capacity of Enterprise HIDALGO PRODUCTIONS BULGARIA Ltd.

This project proposal was prepared in response to the need of HIDALGO PRODACTION BULGARIA ltd. to increase the company's competitiveness based on optimization of the production processes and achieving a better rate of return from the activity, as well as a better positioning both in the internal and in the foreign markets. In that relation, the overall objective of the project is to improve the production capacity of the company, and as a consequence to increase the its competitiveness and to strengthen the export potential. The target group of the project is HIDALGO PRODACTION BULGARIA ltd. - a small-seized enterprise with code of NACE - 59.11" Production of films and TV programs", which economic activity falls within the scope of the intensive knowledge services defined as priority sectors in NSMEPA 2014 -2020. The overall objective of the project will be achieved through the realization of the project activity "Improving production capacity" . During its implementation an equipment for creation of film and TV production will be purchased at the value of 1 032 853.65 BGN with the aim of increasing the volumes of the production and enhancing the quality of the services that the company offers. The expected results are related to the increased competitiveness of the enterprise by increasing the volume of produced units and realizing a larger quantity of it on the external markets, improving the efficiency of the production activities based on achieving higher productivity and optimizing the production costs for a produced unit. In line with the project`s Business Plan, the company engages itself to reach the following specific indicators at the end of the second year following the end of the project according to the methodology for evaluating the procedure: 1. Increase in net sales revenue - 7.44% 2. Productivity increase - 128.29%. 3. Change in average generated export earnings - 469.39%.
