Improving the production capacity of "MMotors" JSC

The present project is related to investments in equipment for increasing the production capacity and strengthening the export potential of MMotors JSC. The company produces for the national and international markets different types of electric motors for general use and specialized in various economic sectors: construction, energy, transport, agriculture and forestry, machine building and others. In the medium term, management plans to expand its capacity by opening up a new business site in response to growing market demand and an overproduction program. Challenges for the market presence of the company on national and international markets are the obsolete technology park, the use of inefficient machines and labor-intensive operations. The planned investments under the project will contribute to increasing the export potential by automating the production processes, achieving higher productivity, better production capacity and improving the products manufactured. Initial investments in tangible fixed assets will be realized on the territory of a new economic site in the village Beglez, Pleven Municipality. The project of MMotors JSC falls within the thematic areas "Informatics and ICT" and "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" of the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization. The objectives of the project are related to improve the production capacity, increase the competitiveness of the company and increase its export potential by investing in high technology equipment based on new machine management technologies. Expected results: Increased productivity over 20% through process automation; Increased export potential over 30%; Increased production volumes Improved quality of products produced and offered. The main activities are related to investments to improve production capacity through: Improving production processes; Improvement of manufactured products.
