Improving the Production Capacity of Ecofol JsC

EcoFol is a joint-stock company, established in 1989 in the town of Targovishte and its main activity is the production of liquid and granulated fertilizers with application in the whole farm, the cultivation of flowers and decorative vegetation. In 2015, the company started a licensed production of liquid additive for diesel engines catalysts AUS32 (AdBlue® technology). The implementation of the proposed project aims at improving the production process and increasing the production capacity of the 3 main product groups: liquid and granular fertilizers marketed under the Lactofol, Amino Expert and Helasol brands as well as the additive for AdBlue® diesel engines. The objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of an investment the costs of which are provided under the "minimum aid" regime according to the requirements of the procedure. The subject of the investment is the acquisition of the following new tangible fixed assets: - System for increasing the production capacity of liquid fertilizers and additive for diesel engines AUS32 by automatic dosing of deionized water and bio-mineral solutions and intensive heating of deionized water; - Reverse Osmosis High Performance Plant for the Production of Deionized Water Used as a Component in the Production of Liquid Fertilizers and Additive for AUS32 Diesel Engines; - Plant for the mixing, treatment and packaging of granular fertilizers. The new equipment will allow improvement of the production process and development of the export potential of the company. Currently, the products are successfully realized in addition to the domestic market, and the market in Romania, Greece, Turkey, Morocco, Vietnam. The potential of external markets, however, is that we are currently not sufficiently utilized as a reason for this, there are some bottlenecks in the production process, which do not allow us to achieve higher production capacity.
