Improvement of the production capacity in Brezina 2000 OOD

Brezina 2000 Ltd. is engaged in production of waterproof sportswear and uniform clothing. The main objective of the project proposal is to increase the production capacity of Brezina 2000 Ltd. as a factor in improving the competitiveness of the company as well as strengthening its export potential in the clothing industry. The main project goal will be achieved by achieving the following specific project objectives: - improvement of clothes manufacturing processes by automating the technological processes for making waterproof garments; - Reduction of production costs by optimizing the processes and programming of the technological operations in the sewing production area; - improving the products offered by increasing the quality of the binders of waterproof clothing. The specific project objectives will be achieved through the implementation of project activities for the acquisition of new automated equipment with software. The project objectives are in line with the objectives of the procedure and, in addition, project activities will be implemented in a priority area of ​​ISIS for the development of mechatronics and clean technologies. The realization of the project activity will lead to the following expected results: - Reduce production costs - Improving the quality of the produced garments - Increasing productivity - Increase in exports. The result of the project will be to increase the competitiveness and export potential of Brezina 2000 Ltd.
