Improvement of the quality of the produced products and increase of the production capacity of Mareli Systems Ltd. by commissioning of Line for automatic painting of details.

By purchasing and commissioning the Line for automatic painting of details, the production capacity of the company will be expanded and the following positive results will be achieved: 1. Improvement of the production process of the stage of painting of the parts for the stoves and boilers. The dyeing process will be automated - the parts will be moved into a painting cell, after that in a cell for drying, and finally in a cell for firing the paint. In the painting cell, the process will be automated without the involvement of a person, which improves the production process and improves working conditions. Currently, the paint of the fireplaces and the boilers does not fired and this results in the possibility of easy paint damage during transportation and an unpleasant smell when the products are put into service. The painting now is done manually by workers in the same room where the drying takes place. This allows additional paint to be added to the details during drying and paint vapors create unhealthy working conditions. 2. Reduction of production costs - as a result of each individual dyeing process being carried out in separate cells, the cost of the unit paint used will be reduced. It will also increase the number of painted details per unit of time compared to manual painting. 3. Improve the quality of painting of stoves and boilers, which will improve the quality of finished products. At present, fireplaces and boilers in the enterprise are hand-painted with a gun, which prevents even coverage across the surface of the products and makes them uncompetitive on the market. By commissioning the equipment, the painting will be uniform throughout the surface.
