Business Development Plans of LES COMMERCE 94 EOOD are focused on the implementation of high-tech solutions for optimization and automation of production processes, reduction of the use of raw materials and increase of production from waste materials. In this way, the company will increase its competitiveness and will be able to meet the high requirements of modern standards at the foreign markets. At the center of this project proposal are two innovative production complexes: • Modular machine for pallet forging, stamping, stamping and palletising; • Drying chambers complex. The use of these machines aims to achieve a qualitatively new internal process organization, where the requirements for the final products and the material flow management are set at the beginning of the process. This allows for high accuracy, high productivity and low waste volume. In order to achieve these goals, it is necessary to introduce modular machines with complex management capabilities, based on predetermined material characteristics and processing requirements during the production stages.
