Improving production capacity in ECOSYS Ltd

The company ECOSIS Ltd. was established in 2011. with main activity manufacture of unassembled wooden parquet boards. Over the years, the company has established itself on the Bulgarian market as a loyal and honest partner. The main prerequisite for this is the continuous control over the production process as well as the professional and highly qualified team of ECOSIS Ltd. The factory has a modern production base. Despite its steady development over the years, ECOSIS has encountered a number of difficulties, mainly related to production capacity. Because of the heavy workload of existing equipment, ECOSIS Ltd does not have free production capacity. The enterprise experiences competitive constraints due in particular to the lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market demand volumes. Current production capacity does not allow the company's planned strategic goals to be met - expanding the business, entering new markets (including outsourcing), increasing revenue from sales. In order to overcome these problems and improve the production capacity of the enterprise in order to increase its competitiveness and increase its export potential, the present project proposal provides for the following activities: 1. Action to improve the production capacity of ECOSIS Ltd. The project falls under the category "Extending the Capacity of an Existing Business Site" and the envisaged investments are directly related to activities to improve the production capacity of ECOSIS. As a result of the implementation of the project proposal, ECOSIS will increase the competitiveness and export potential of ECOSIS by increasing the production volume, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs, improving the product offered.
