The technological upgrade stage by stage is the basis for the implementation of BCC-95 Ltd’s strategy for the development of the enterprise, aiming a constantly increase of its competitiveness and export potential. For the realization of this strategy in the last ten years BCC-95 Ltd is implementing investment projects for the renewal of its machinery with high-tech resource-efficient machines, introduction of new technologies in the production process, improvement of energy efficiency, improvement of the organization and management of business processes . The present project will support the implementation of the investment program for the period up to 2020 by ensuring the expansion of the production capacity of the enterprise with regard to its main activity - the production of household trolleys. The realization of the project activity will be accomplished through the acquisition of long-term tangible assets representing modern high-tech production equipment: 1. Automated line for production of metal parts 2. Injection mold machine 530 tons. 3. Injection mold machine 90 tons 4. Automated powder painting system. As a result of the implementation of the project, the following results will be achieved: - increasing the production capacity of the enterprise; - increasing the volume of production; - increasing the volume of exports; - achieving higher productivity; - optimization of the production process; - reduction of the production costs; - improving the quality of the products produced. The results will increase competitiveness and enhance the export potential of the enterprise. The project will be completed for 12 months.
