Increasing the production capacity and production quality of "Stimex” Ltd. by introducing a new automated line for production of horizontal and vertical tanks and pressure vessels with diameter up to 1200 mm and volume up to 10 cubic meters.

"Stimex" Ltd. Company has a long history, experience and traditions in the production of a wide range of tanks and pressure vessels. This project proposal is aimed at improving and modernizing production by introducing a new automated line for the production of horizontal and vertical tanks and pressure vessels with diameter up to 1200 mm and volume up to 10 cubic meters. Trends in environmental protection and air pollution reduction have led to an increase in demand for LPG heating tanks. Propane-butane is much more efficient than wood heating and there are very few harmful emissions. The metal tanks produced with the new automated line will fully meet the growing demand for small tanks for LPG. At present, Stimex Ltd. can not respond adequately to these trends of demand increase. The high degree of workload of the available machines for the production of the products offered by the company leads to an increase in the delivery term of this type of tanks, which in many cases is a decisive factor in the choice of supplier by the customer. These factors also have an impact on finding new customers. The limited volume of production puts the company at a disadvantage, it restricts it on the market, creates obstacles for it to expand and develop. The stated reasons determine the company's needs of introducing a new modern technological line for production of tanks and pressure vessels with diameter up to 1200 mm and volume up to 10 cubic meters, meeting the requirements of the European standards. Autonomous gas supply systems for propane-butane are widespread due to their high profitability. With the introduction of the production line for small LPG tanks, which are widely used in heating installations, the company's export opportunities will be improved in the European markets as well as in the countries with unfavorable winter conditions.
