Improving production capacity in EFOR GROUP EOOD

The project proposal of EFOR GROUP is related to the implementation of activity for improving the production capacity of the company. For the implementation and selection of suppliers, purchase, delivery and commissioning of new automated technological equipment for processing of metal products and metal constructions for the industry. The need to implement the project stems from the lack of sufficient production and technological capacity for larger orders, the use of predominantly outdated technologies and second-hand machines over 20 years of age, high labor intensity of operations and higher production costs, they can not achieve the required quality, precision and speed in production. With available machines and production equipment, many of the production processes are manually executed and inaccuracies are allowed, resulting in inconsistent details subject to correction or processing. In total, the available production capacity is almost 100% loaded and orders have to be divested due to a lack of production capacity. As a result of the investments in the project, the production process will be modernized, the production chain will be optimized, the quality of the products will be improved, the production capacity will be increased, production costs will be reduced and the execution deadlines will be reduced. This will be a prerequisite for the company to expand its market positions, mainly on the domestic market, where competition is large and will be a prerequisite for coming out of foreign markets. The project also falls under the following priorities of this procedure: - projects implemented in one of the thematic areas of the ISSS 2014-2020; - regional prioritization, as the company's headquarters and the planned activities will be implemented on the territory of Kardzhali region. - projects of applicants who have no experience of participating in OP RCBI and / or OPIC procedures.
