Increasing the production capacity of “Polimer produkt” Ltd.

Polymer Product Ltd. was founded in 2002 producing chemical products and industrial machinery, and bracnhed out in the profuction of machinery elements made from various polymer compounds, so the current project will be realized in this areas of industy. With this project, the company will invest in the commissioning and purchase of a Nitrogen oxide capture and processing installation, that will improve the production process Up to now, the firm has encountered difficulties in boosting productivity for the following reasons: 1. Low speed of the production process 2. As the process speed increases, nitrogen oxides are released due to the increase the temperature of the material - recycled polyethylene/polypropylene 3. Deteriorated mechanical characteristics and impaired uniformity of production -Granulate and polymer machine elements, leading to production wastage. The lack of sufficient production capacity does not satisfy market demand. The project is aimed at overcoming these difficulties. At present, the production of granules -raw material for the production of specialized machined parts for the chemical industry is carried out on the basis of the existing equipment - shredders, extruders, granulator. Upon increasing the temperature of the molten polymers, nitrogen oxides are formed, which aggravates their quality characteristics, which does not allow for a speed increase in the productions process. With the new installation, the firm will: - increase productivity up to 30% - shorten production time limits - increase production capacity - optimize production performance indicators The expected results are: increased production volume, production process optimization, higher productivity, reduction of production costs and an increase in the firm’s competitiveness and export potential
