Increasing production capacity in IT Telecommunications LTD

The project proposal is aimed at obtaining a grant from IT Telecommunications Ltd. (a small manufacturer of communication equipment) for acquiring fixed assets (delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of machines) related to the expansion of the capacity of an existing business site. The project aims to achieve the following main objective: to improve the production capacity of the enterprise with a view to increasing its competitiveness and enhancing its export potential. The project is implemented on an existing business site in the town of Pleven and falls within one of the thematic areas of ISIS to Mechatronics and clean technologies (design and production of high-tech products and / or participation in the over-national production chain, including in aero -cosmic industry). The project includes activities to improve the production capacity of the enterprise aimed at improving production processes, reducing production costs and improving the products offered. The expected results of the project are: Enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise and its more successful presence in the national and foreign markets by increasing the capacity and increasing the volume of production in the medium term over 3 times, growth in sales revenue of produced routers so far (30.94% increase in net sales revenue indicator), achieving higher productivity (productivity growth indicator by 492,74%), increase in exports (indicator of change in average export earnings by 92.82%), achieving an internal rate of return of 16.697%, reducing production costs by 10%, improving (quality) of the products offered, optimizing the production process, increasing market share, lowering production marriages and claims to 0%, decreasing amount of waste generated almost 3 times.
