The technical soaps (necessary for production of grease-the main product of the production of Stealit Ltd.),currently purchased from external suppliers,are basic and require lengthy preliminary preparation-sizing,preheating,melting,dilution,which leads to technological time loss,extremely energy-intensive.The company doesn’t have the production equipment necessary for the production of technical soaps,leading to an impossibility of expanding the product range.The soap-processing equipment used is based on old technology,resulting in lower quantity of production, higher production costs,more orders to external suppliers and a need for optimization of the production process;lack of production capacity,capable of meeting the market demand for the company’s products Objectives-With the new soap-processing installation,the company will solve these fundamental problems: -The introduction of waste-free technology -the installation does not generate waste.Tech.soaps are used to produce greases with higher t° resistance,colloidal and mechanical stability,increased absorption capacity and unchanging structural characteristics on a wide scale,reaching max.use of materials,and increased resource efficiency -The new sophisticated technology will optimize the cost norms of input materials (oils,adhesives,additives) by optimizing the ratio of finalized product per ton of raw material -Increased automation and easier process management,increased capacity and productivity with the introduction of the new installation,will allow a larger production volume per time unit, flexibility, and timely adjustments -Expanding the product range in accordance with client requirements and market demand Expected results -Enhanced competitiveness of the company, a stronger presence on national and international markets by way of increased volume of production, optimization of prod.processes, higher productivity,reduction of production costs and improvement of the offered products
