Increase of production capacity of Kardju-BG Ltd.

Karjju BG Ltd. was established on 18.08.2015. The main activity is the manufacture of rubber products - matrices and molds for the automotive industry. The plant has its own production base in Kardzhali, Eastern Industrial Zone South, Parvi May, where the project will be implemented. The main manufactured products are polyamide molds and inner matrices for stainless steel rubber products. According to the order and requirements of the customer are made semi-molded polyamide molds, allowing the production of an internal shape-matrix according to the given geometry of the rubber article Currently, the company has a queries from matrices, but due to limited production capacity, it can not respond to market demand. In order to overcome the above mentioned limitations, the purchase of tangible fixed assets necessary to improve the production capacity of the enterprise is foreseen and includes: milling and drilling machine, flat grinding machine, semi-automatic column band sawing machine, universal lathe, 5-axis machining center, electric truck. Machinery and equipment provided by the project will allow the enterprise to overcome major problems and organizational developments, including: old equipment, high production costs, and lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market demand volumes. With the implementation of the project, the quality of the product will be improved, the revenue of the enterprise and its export potential will be increased.
