Improve production capacity of “ARTISTIKO“ Ltd.

Artistico Ltd. was established in 1999 with the main activity of production and installation of parquet and wooden flooring. Since 2002 the company has its own production facility in the village of Trud with an area of 3000 m2 and additionally rented warehouses. The modern design and the quality of the production produced by the company manage to satisfy the customers' wishes for any premises and open spaces. The production capacities that the company currently has are loaded to their full capacity. However, it is not possible to reach the desired deadlines for the execution of the requests and to meet the ever higher requirements regarding the quality of the production. As a result, order issuance is delayed, which often provokes dissatisfaction among customers. As a hindrance to the development of the company at this stage, the need for increasing the production capacity and improving the quality of the production was identified, so as to respond to the ever - diversified demand and needs of the national and international markets. With this project proposal, ARTISTICO Ltd. plans to buy new fixed tangible assets, which will create a new business site for the production of parquet in the town of Bratsigovo. The project is the necessary step for achieving the goals set by the company, related to the expansion of the company's activity, increasing the quality of the produced products and reducing the cost of production. Investments in high-tech equipment and the creation of a new workshop will increase the production capacity of ARTISTICO Ltd. as well as its revenue from sales as a condition for the sustainable development of the company. The overall effect of the project implementation will be to broaden the business scope of the enterprise, to make it more stable in the Bulgarian market and to expand its sales on international markets.
