Improvement of the production capacity of Deep Dive Systems Ltd. through investment in new equipment

The present project proposal envisages the realization of an investment project, including the purchase and commissioning of modern and high-performance equipment for underwater and ground repair activities of vessels: 2 deep diving systems LARS, inverter welding equipment for underwater welding, double blasting machine and painting system working under high pressure. By purchasing this equipment, the company will be able to improve and expand the standard services it offers, namely: underwater repairs of vessels, underwater hydrotechnical work, metal surface treatment and anti corrosive coating, anchoring systems and other services, in the field of deep underwater repairs. Through the investment, the company will expand its machinery park, improve its production capacity and enhance its export potential - prerequisites necessary for sustainable growth and competitive ship repair services. The project proposal is aimed at obtaining a grant from Deep Dive Systems Ltd. (a company with great potential - awarded for the most dynamically developing company for the year 2016) for investments in long term assets, related to the expansion of the capacity of an existing business site, located in the town of Sozopol, Burgas, which aims to meet the needs of shipowners and oil platform owners of quality ship repair services. In connection with the planned expansion of activity as a result of increased demand, the company needs additional auxiliary equipment and production capacities to complement its machinery, which is key to improving and expanding the company's business. The project foresees as a result an increase in production capacity, productivity, competitiveness, financial performance and increased export potential.
