"Ekogalvanik" Ltd. was established in 2004 at the city of Rousse. The company invests in environmentally friendly surface decorative and corrosion resistant metal coatings and works as a subcontractor of metalworking and furniture companies. In 2013, "Ekogalvanik" Ltd has been granted a complex permit by the Executive Environmental Agency of the Ministry of Environment and Water, which allows the exploitation of both the existing installation and new ones, additionally planned facilities. At present, the company mainly offers the following services: galvanizing by electrolysis and chemical treatment, nickel plating, electrolysis and chemical treatment and coating of nickel-chromium. The production process is carried out on three lines - for three-valence nickel-chrome coated parts by suspension, for zinc coatings and zinc-nickel coatings. With this project proposal, we are planning to build a fourth line that will be used to apply zinc-nickel coatings, using the suspension method, which will allow us to process larger details. The project aims at enhancing the competitiveness and expansion of the production capacity of "Ekogalvanik" Ltd.
