Improving the production capacity of Poligraf Commerce EOOD

The specific objective of the project of POLIGRAF COMMERCE Ltd. is to improve the production capacity of the company for manufacturing of printed products. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of activity for improving the production capacity, more specifically through the purchase of the following machines and software: • Automatic machine for hardcover with a module for spine cutting – 1 pc. • CTP machine – 1 pc. • System for processing of files with possibility for commenting and approving the files for print – 1 pc. • Parametric CAD/CAM software for design and visualization of advertising displays from cardboard and pasteboard – 1 pc. The purchased assets will have a significant contribution for: • Improving the manufacturing process through the introduction of new technologies (machines and software) with more capacity and higher productivity, which will increase the production capacity, optimize the processes, and increase the labor productivity. • Lowering the production costs through raising the efficiency of labor, reducing the time for a number of processes and decreasing the discarded products as a result from errors. • Improving the quality of the products through the introduction of new technologies (machines and software) which operate with greater precision and capacity. Furthermore, the company will have the possibility to improve the characteristics of the current products (through introduction of a new feature – luxurious boxes for books) and to manufacture new variety of advertising printed products (advertising displays). As a result from the project implementation POLIGRAF COMMERCE Ltd. will improve significantly its capacity which will lead to an increase in the competitiveness of the company. Consequently, it is expected that the net revenue, the labor productivity and the exports will also increase.
