Improvement of production capacity in SIBIYA LTD

Sibia LTD develops its activity in cutting, sewing, ironing and packing of men's and women's clothes. The purpose of this project proposal is to develop a sustainable and competitive business in the field of overwear production - skirts, trousers and jackets and in particular: - Improvement of the production capacity of Sibia LTD in order to increase the competitiveness of the company. By purchasing the envisaged specialized machines, a new line for production of items for overwear - skirts, pants and jackets will be implemented. Purchased machines are automated, with high productivity and low power consumption. Serious productivity gains and twice as high production quality will be achieved. - Strengthening the presence of Sibia LTD on foreign markets. These objectives will be achieved through the assets foreseen for purchase in the project proposal. This in turn will increase the efficiency of production costs and make the investment profitable. The project has contributed to the technological and product priorities of the ISIS in the field of low-tech and low-tech industrial production, and in particular the clothing manufacturing sector. The realization of the project will satisfy the following needs: - Increasing production capacity and improving quality - will achieve a significant increase in productivity by 31,75% and a twofold higher production quality. - Increase market presence on the international market and export earnings. - Reduction of production costs for raw materials - new equipment will result in the use of a significantly lower amount of cloth, reduction of technology marriage, reduction of energy consumption and improvement of the working environment. This in turn will increase the efficiency of production costs and will make the investment profitable with a rate of return (IRR) of 40,43%.
