Putting into operation of a 5 - axis simultaneous processing center with pallet automation

The improvement of the production capacity in Vitalii and Son will be achieved by the implementation of new high-productivity machining equipment. Five- axis simultaneous machining is now standard and this is one of the minimum requirements for new equipment. Simultaneous machining requires direct drive and active cooling of table, spindle and tilting, and swivel axes. Improving capacity will also happen through increased productivity - reducing unit production time. High performance will be achieved with high feed rates on axes X-Y-Z, zero point information; fast cycles. Pallet Automation will provide an additional efficient production time with 24 hours of operation.
