IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION CAPACITY IN “DONIDO MACHINE INDUSTRY” AD

“Donido Machin Industry” AD is a medium sized company and as such plays a major role in the Haskovo region to create jobs, added value and new business ideas. The company strives to increase its competitiveness with investing in high-tech machines and equipment. The application of "Donido Machine Industry" AD under current program is aimed at overcoming the unfavorable factors such as - high production costs and the need for optimization of the production chains; the necessity to increase labor productivity; insufficient production capacity and as a result the impossibility to meet the market volume demands; the need to improve the quality of the produced products. The present project proposal has as its main object: Expanding the capacity of the existing business site by investing in high technology machines directly involved in the production process and leading to an increase in the volume of the produced products without changing the basis of the basic production process. The main subject of the project will be realized by the purchase of the following machines: ►Machine for laser cutting of sheets and pipes - 1 pc. ►System for orbital welding of pipes - 1 pc. The investment foreseen in the project will take place on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the town of Haskovo and will be maintained for at least three years after the implementation of the project, and the project will be co-financed by “Donido Machine Industry” AD. The implementation of the project will be realized in a unified methodology including: ►Create a team that will organize and control the project implementation processes; ►Carry out a procedure for selection of contractor who will deliver and install the purchased machines; ►Delivery, installation and commissioning of purchased machines. The project will be implemented within 12 months of its approval and the signing of an administrative contract for giving Grant.
