Improving production capacity of Instal Engineering SV Ltd.

The project is aimed at realizing investments for increasing the production capacity and export potential of Install Engineering SV Ltd. in the main activity with code 22.21 under NACE 2008 "Production of sheets, plates, pipes and profiles of plastic". The company is the largest producer of piping systems for mineral and water and other aggressive fluids in Eastern Europe. The project includes investments in new FTA for expansion of the production capacity of an existing business site in the village of Branipole. The activity is related to the delivery and commissioning of a Pipe cutting machines up to d655 (1pc), Pipe cutting machines from 280mm to 1200mm(1pc), Machine for welding of segment fittings up to d630 (1pc),Machine for welding of segment fittings from d630 to d1200 (1pc), Pipe welding machine (1 pc.), Corona treatment machine of pipes (1 pc.) and Plasma processing machine of pipes (1 pc.). These investments lead to improvement of the water treatment processes for coronary processing, cutting and welding of fittings and tubes, plasma treatment of glass-filled polypropylene pipes. Improvement of the quality of products by main activity through guaranteed adhesion of the elements, high degree of precision (pipes, fittings). The project is implemented in the thematic area of ISSS "Industry for Healthy Living and Bio-Technology". Expected results: • Improved competitiveness and market presence of the applicant on the domestic and foreign markets; • Improved production processes and expanded capacity of main products by 70%; • Reduced production costs by 4% by processes automation; • Improved quality of polyethylene, polypropylene pipes and connectors; • Higher resistance of polypropylene tubes to aggressive fluid transport for "blue" technology; • Increase productivity by 15.42%; • Change in average export revenue generated by 260.01%; • Growth of the Net Sales Revenue by 17.28%.
