Pharma Vet Ltd. Shumen is a fast growing pharmaceutical company, producing over 30 licensed products, abiding good manufacturing practices. The project proposal is to improve the production capacity of PHARMA VET Ltd. by adopting new technological solutions in the field of medical pharmaceutical production by acquisition of: 1. Semi-automatic packaging line for medicinal products; 2. Multi-row vertical packaging machine with uninterrupted motion; 3. Nitrogen generator; 4. Compressor; 5. Gas powered forklift. Currently, powdered medicinal products are mostly hand-packed for the large packs or a low-production line for the small packs but always there is air / oxygen / in the packaging, as a result the drug is oxidized over the time and becomes ineffective or becomes unsuitable for use. In addition, the current worned-out machines are of low productivity, manual labor is predominant, and the produced product is of a quality that does not always satisfy consumers. Through the planned acquisition of equipments and their commissioning, the company will increase production and improve the quality and efficiency of the product produced so far: a drug containing antibiotics.
