"ELICA-ELEVATOR" LTD is a company for design, manufacturing, supply, assembly, operating and service a wide range of bulk material handling equipment and shiploading, as well as complete sunflower cleaning, grading, hulling and kernel separation lines. the company manufactures bucket elevators, chain, screw and belt conveyors, sweep conveyors for silos, sorting and cleaning machines, cyclones, storage bins/hoppers, as well works out grain pipe flow systems for distribution and taking away transported material stream. Currently, the available equipment is now obsolete; much of it is semi-automatic and requires manual work and additional details after finishing production. Much of operations of cutting and finishing individual parts are outsourced due to lack of own equipment. Project activities include the purchase and commercialization of Automatic sheet metal loading and unloading system The introduction of automated modern technological equipment is necessary to improve the quality of production and the development of new, competitive products and services. The equipment is modern, highly productive, energy efficient and ensuring effective control of the quality and safety of production, which directly contributes to environmental protection - less waste production and lower noise. With the implementation of the project will improve our market position in the national and international market as a result of: - Increasing the production capacity of the enterprise and opportunity to undertake more and larger volumes of orders; - Increasing and maintaining the quality of products manufactured in accordance with international requirements; - Improving the image of the company among its partners and customers; - Reduce production costs; - Reducing the cost of products; - Increasing the export potential of the company - Increase in sales revenues and in particular earnings from exports.
