Improvement of the production capacity in the company ENERGOEMONT- KRESNA JSC

The project "Improving Production Capacity in ENERGOEMONT-KRESNA JSC" aims to increase the production capacity and expand the export potential of the enterprise. In order to achieve this goal, activities aimed at solving basic problems in the enterprise and achieving the set goals will be implemented. One of the main problems is the impossibility of using the full production capacities in the main production process (for casting and firing of metal products) at the present time. This problem is present because in the preparatory stages of the materials and assistive processes there are problems that have a significant impact on the main production and production capacity of the enterprise. The problems in this preparatory process are: - the existence of old technologies and equipment for: 1) Precision analysis of metals and determination of their exact composition prior to casting in the molds, and 2) Mixing of finishing mixtures for the preparation of molds for molding products. -the need to reduce production costs; - the need to improve the quality of the products produced. To tackle these problems, the project will optimize and modernize part of the production process for the preparation of the materials and the preparation of the molds for casting products. This will be achieved through the implementation of 2 types of equipment: 1) Blending mixers for dough mixers that will replace old dirty mixers; (2) A laboratory apparatus (spectrometer) that will replace the currently measured spectrometer. By implementing this new equipment, the following results are achieved to achieve the project goal: 1) an increase in enterprise productivity; 2) increase in average export earnings; 3) increase in net sales revenue. 4) a significant increase in the quality of the products This will lead to a better presence on national and foreign markets.
