Improving production capacity of Genomax Ltd.

Genomax Ltd. was established in 2004 and specializes in the production of mattresses and mattress stands. The company's products are distributed on the domestic and international market under the brand “RossMari” and are well established and known as high-quality products with good orthopedic and individual comfort. Additional options on mattress racks, such as head lift, leg lift, and ability to adjust the hardness of the lamellae in different body areas, make it appropriate for people with health problems. Despite its steady development over the years, the company faced certain difficulties, mainly related to: a/ limited production capacity - lack of sufficient production capacity to meet the market volumes of demand in the country and abroad; b/ Need for optimization of production processes - high production costs and cost; c/ lower quality of part of the produced products. In order to overcome these problems, the project proposal includes "Activity to improve the production capacity of the applicant". The activity will be accomplished by purchasing and putting into operation of a machine for two-sided bending of metal profiles, which will expand the capacity of the existing company establishment in the village of Zamfirovo. The implementation of the activity will lead to an improvement in the company's competitiveness - through embedded technologies to improve the production process, achieve higher productivity, reduce production costs and optimize the production chain.
